Recently I was unable to attend one of my lessons, so instead I created a flipped lesson where I recorded my instructions in a video. Once the videos were posted to YouTube, I was able to put them into my original presentation.
Once it was set up the teacher running the class simply ran the presentation and played the videos. This could be set up so that the kids could go through the presentation themselves.
